The primary goal of the Innovation Challenge is to promote and support innovative ventures in the health care workforce space in New Hampshire. In addition to fantastic networking at both events, on May 1st, we'll hear live pitches from the five inaugural Innovation Challenge Semi-Finalists and on May 15th, we'll announce the three winners of the competition!

There are dedicated advocates and organizations throughout New Hampshire hosting a wide range of programs and resources to help address health care workforce challenges in the state, as below. Our goal is to raise awareness for their valuable work. If you have an initiative you would like included, please send an email to

Description of Project:

This is an ongoing series of roundtables to gain an understanding of the needs of employers. An additional goal is to understand what programs, degrees, and certificates are currently being offered through higher education in the field of mental and behavioral health. Participants work together to identify potential gaps in workforce development and identify educational strategies for addressing these gaps. This includes colleges, IDNs, community organizations, and employers in the field of mental and behavioral health. This group meets twice per year, and is open for new people to join.
